Our catalogs have been designed to make ordering as easy as possible. However, if you are not a 100% sure that you have found the part you need. PLEASE Email your questions about the parts. A tech support representative will help you with your selection. To help expedite fax orders, please use our part numbers and include your account number/ email address on all purchase orders.

PEACHTREE & Crestline products hinging is determined from the exterior view- looking inside.

All special order material and Hoppe Hardware requires a payment in full. We will not accept any returns or cancellations for custom made parts.

No freight allowances. Shipping and handling charges are added to invoice.

Stock items - [Carvel Wood Components- 7-14 business days], Stock mechanical parts- 3-5 business days. Non-stock/ special order items 3 to 8 weeks or as specified.

Delivery Service -USPS 1st class and Priority shipping- small parts. FedEx Ground/ Freight for all wood and hardware/ sash products. Shipping costs are quoted by weight per order.

No material will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA# must appear outside of all cartons) Please call Account Manager for RGA#. A 20% Handling/Restocking charge will be assessed to all returns for reasons other than PWD Service errors. All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Shipping/ return shipping costs are not reimbursed [no credit]. Custom made products/Special Orders/ Packaged Handle Sets and Hoppe Hardware/ lock systems are not subject to return.

It is your responsibility to inspect all shipments for shortages and damages (concealed or otherwise)when delivered. If damage has occurred it is your responsibility to contact PWD Service within 24 hours [one business day]. DO NOT dispose of any packaging or damaged product- shipping company claims must have packaging available for inspection. PWD Service will not honor any claims unless these guidelines are followed.

Any product shortages- contact PWD Service with the order number within 5 business days.

NO claims of any kind for damaged product or shortages will be considered after 30 days of delivery date.

Photos and illustrations in this catalog are intended only to give an idea of what a product looks like. It is to identify that products use, and does not imply that the item is a genuine product of the said original manufacturer.

PWD Service does not warrant the products supplied by any other [than PWD Service] manufacturer.

PWD Service recommends using a qualified repair tech or mechanic to install replacement components. PWD Service is NOT responsible for any delays or financial consideration due to installation issues.

PWD Service does not assume any responsibility for any and all damage due to failure to follow this recommendation.

Window sash warranty-
Wood component - 5 year
Aluminum cladding - 1 year
If PWD Service does the interior pre-finishing - 10 year
Glass - 10 year
No consideration given for lack of correct finish work [paint/ staining-wood] or miss- handling [denting] of the aluminum cladding.

Failure to complete the exposed wood finishing [paint/staining] prior to installation of the window sash voids any and all warranty coverage.

Glass warranty- 10 year [covers-moisture between the glass/ loE failure]> does not cover stress cracking.

Wood components are subject to environmental changes. Wood parts supplied by PWD Service are to be checked by the consumer within 5 days of delivery and finish sealed and or painted. Failure to store these components properly and finish within 5 days voids any replacement responsibility on the part of PWD Service.
