Peachtree Swing Patio Door (IPD / Citadel) - Multi Point Center Mortise Lock

Peachtree IPD Citadel Swing Patio Door multi-point center mortise lock.

This lock mortise is reversible for swing direction and features a interior panic release. To reverse mortise lock direction the procedure is accomplished by removing the side plastic covers and swapping the internal cams> side to side. The lock bolt can also be reversed> extend the bolt and slide off the bolt base.

This center mortise lock rotates 50 degrees to retract the bolt. The mortise lock works with all handle sets designed for this lock system [1993-2002].
The handle bushing kit [SKU 56-115] and Auxiliary Lock module springs SKU: 02082013A are recommended/ required parts when replacing the center lock mortise.
The multipoint system has nine springs, five in the center mortise, one each in the aux lock housings and on each in the handle face plates [W&F type]. Failure of any one of these springs will prevent the lock system from functioning.

DO NOT TAKE THE MORTISE LOCK BOX APART.
There are NO serviceable parts inside this mortise lock box.
ANY alteration, breakage or diss-assembly of the mortise lock voids any return credit consideration. Removal of the center mortise lock manufacturers identification label voids any credit return.
All mortise locks are checked for function prior to shipment.
