Welcome to the Crestline / Vetter 1982-1992 112 Casement Window Sash Order Form. This form may be submitted multiple times if you need to order multiple sizes.

This request form is for the Crestline 112 Casement Window Sash only. The code for this style will have a code that begins with the letter "B". At this time we DO NOT manufacture the Double Hung Sash for this time frame (the code for these window begin with the letter "A"). If you need to order different sizes or options, fill out this form and submit for each size.

Window sash comes with aluminum clad exterior and Insulated Low-E double strength glass with SuperSpacer technology by default. Surcharge applies for selection of glass and grille options. All price adjustments are dependent on size of window.
